Gustavia is one of those places that feels like it was plucked straight out of a postcard. The harbor is stunning, lined with yachts and pastel-colored buildings that give it such a charming, laid-back vibe. I spent hours wandering the narrow streets, popping into little boutiques and stopping for fresh seafood at a waterfront spot—simple but so good. The blend of Caribbean warmth and French sophistication makes it feel uniquely luxurious without being pretentious. Walking up to the old fort ruins at sunset was the perfect way to end the day, with panoramic views of the town and sea. It’s small but packed with character—definitely worth the trip.
