  The energy in Tokyo is unreal—walking through Shinjuku at night feels like stepping into a cyberpunk movie, with neon lights reflecting off puddles and tiny bars hidden down narrow alleys. The train system is absurdly efficient; even during rush hour, everything runs like clockwork, though you’ll get very familiar with personal space limits. Even convenience store meals here put most fast food to shame—onigiri and bento boxes are my go-to breakfast now.
