Walking along the waterfront at sunset, with the boats bobbing and the sky turning pink, felt like stepping into a postcard. The mix of modern shops and traditional warungs gave the city a unique charm, and the affordability made it easy to explore without breaking the bank. Definitely a hidden gem in Sumatra!
