The Dragon Bridge is even more impressive in person, especially when it breathes fire on weekend nights. I spent hours wandering the riverside cafes, sipping ridiculously good Vietnamese iced coffee for less than a dollar. The beaches here have this perfect golden sand that puts most resort towns to shame, yet it never feels overcrowded. Motorbike taxis make getting around a breeze, though crossing the street still gives me an adrenaline rush every time.
