  Ulsan surprised me—it’s got this great mix of industrial energy and coastal charm. The Taehwagang River park was a peaceful escape, with locals biking and picnicking under the trees. The seafood near Jangsaengpo Whale Museum was so fresh, I swear it was caught that morning. Even though it’s a car city, the bus system was reliable and got me everywhere I needed. The people were warm, especially when I tried my broken Korean at the market. Definitely more laid-back than Seoul but with its own cool vibe.
