Рецензії
Omsk feels like it’s stuck in the past—and not in a charming way. The streets are lined with crumbling Soviet-era buildings, but there’s no real effort to preserve or revitalize them, just neglect. Public transport is unreliable, and the few decent restaurants are overpriced for what you get. Even the riverfront, which should be a highlight, is underdeveloped and littered. Not much to do here unless you enjoy wandering through half-abandoned parks in the cold.
