The Grand Market is overwhelming in the best way, with fabrics and spices spilling into every corner, but bargaining gets exhausting fast. I appreciated how walkable the city center is, though the sidewalks are cracked and uneven. The nightlife is hit or miss—some spots have great local bands, others feel like they’re just blasting music to cover up the emptiness. It’s a place that feels like it could be amazing with a little more care.
