1Kingston’s traffic is a nightmare—gridlocked streets, aggressive drivers, and zero enforcement. The heat is relentless, and the sidewalks are cracked and uneven, making walking anywhere feel like an obstacle course. Some areas have a tense, uneasy vibe after dark, and the constant honking and street noise make it hard to relax. The food scene has a few bright spots, but too many places serve overpriced, mediocre meals that don’t live up to the hype. Not a place I’d rush back to.
