The energy in Hong Kong is unreal—skyscrapers lit up like a sci-fi movie at night, but then you turn a corner and find a quiet temple with incense smoke curling into the air. The MTR is so efficient I never waited more than two minutes for a train, and hopping between street food stalls for egg waffles and dumplings kept me full without breaking the bank. Even in a city this dense, the hiking trails just a short ride away feel like another world.
