The street food stalls near the station serve up killer vada pav and misal pav, way better than the fancy versions you get in South Mumbai. The local trains are chaotic, but once you get the rhythm, zipping around feels oddly efficient. The markets are packed and noisy, but bargaining for fresh produce or random gadgets is half the fun.
